Chef Louie has been a fixture in
St. Tammany Parish with a loyal following. In his colorful chef pants and cap, Louie often visits with customers who become friends. Just as he learned from his grandmother, his own children have taken up the family business and help keep the flavors going. It's a family operation in every sense.
